Burrito works was founded
by Nicolas Kimball and his wife Robin in 2006. Nicolas grew up in the taco shop capital of the world southern california. He was starving for so cal style grinds. What he really missed was that fresh flavor that is not so common anymore. With a dream and recipes that he had been taught in fourth grade by carlos gomez's mother during a take your mom to class day, the fire was lit.


This day, changed the rest of his life.
Today, we make all the the salsas, sauces, meats and beans to that exact standard. The funnest part of this has been sourcing ingredients from different parts of the world. We strive to use organic and sustainable products everyday.

The first Burrito Works Taco Shop
was founded in Flagler Beach fl in a 250 sqft. Shack 100 ft of the atlantic ocean. Burrito works has been a staple for everyone from surfers to hedgefunders. With just 5 picnic tables and a small kitchen, Burrito Works has grown to 4 locations and still operates the same way it did from day1. Come in early make everything fresh use the best ingredients.
